Join our annual gathering of 37th Armor Regimental Alumni
Individual Registration Cost $175.00.
Cost includes group transportation to Fort Carson, buffet dinner during the Awards and Recognition dinner, Reunion SWAG and miscellaneous costs associated with executing the reunion.
Execution:
A. All 37th Armored Regiment are alerted to begin pre-deployment planning and preparation for maximum participation in OPERATION GOLD RUSH
B. Planning and coordination is ongoing. Anticipated events and activities outlined below:
- Thursday Oct 12th: Deploy, Onsite Registration, Rally Point Social, Silent Auction
- Friday Oct 13th: Visit Fort Carson, Courage Conquers Dinner and Awards Banquet
- Saturday Oct 14th: Wiseman Meeting, Local Area Excursions (see below), Mission Complete Social
- Sunday Oct 15th: Redeploy
C. OPORD to be published NLT 15 April, 2023 and will provide detailed reunion information.
D. Registration opens 15, April 2023. Registration closes on 20 September, 2023.

B. Group Room Rate $149.00 + Tax, with breakfast. Rate is available 3 days prior and 3 days after the reunion.

Pikes Peak Summit
Excursion #A: COG Railway to Pikes Peak Summit- $135.00
Reserved Seating for 37th Armor Alumni for a one of kind experience to the summit of Pikes Peak. This is a three-hour journey by rail to the Summit of Pikes Peak --14,115 feet. Group transportation to and from the COG Railway and reserved seating for 37th Armor Alumni are included in the cost of this excursion. Lunch is not included with this excursion; after the tour, time is allocated for dining in nearby restaurants at your own expense.

National Museum of World War II Aviation
Excursion #B: National Museum of World War II Aviation and Lunch at The Airplane Restaurant- $105.00
Experience a two-hour guided tour that tells the fascinating story of airpower during World War II. The museum collection consists of over twenty-five WW II aircraft and even has a few army vehicles. After the tour, the group will have lunch at the nearby Airplane Restaurant--a unique restaurant built around an actual airplane. Group transportation to and from the museum, museum ticket and buffet lunch is included in the cost of this excursion.

The Fine Print
The Ticket Purchaser, their guests and dependents (Participants) agree that they knowingly and voluntarily do accept and agree to the following terms: That Event and option tickets plus fees are not refundable; That surplus funds from registration fees will be rolled into the Alumni Associations general fund ; That Participants agree to share their contact information with the 37th Armor Alumni, its organizers and members (Alumni) for the planning and execution of this event; That Participants agree to be contacted by the Alumni organizers via text message, phone calls, email, Social media sites, push notifications and other means deemed appropriate by the Event organizers; That Participants acknowledge that event activities may be photographed or recorded and agrees to allow their photo, video or film likeness to be used for any lawful purpose by the event holders, sponsors, organizers, and/or their assigns. That Participant agrees to any and all Event changes, substitutions and disbursements made by the Alumni Event organizers to execute the Event and respond to unforeseen circumstances impacting the Event; That Participants assume all liability for the risks and dangers that could arise out of, or occur during their participation in the Event; That Participants release, waive, discharge and release the Alumni and their subcontractors for any liability resulting from any personal injury, accident or illness (including death), and/or property loss, however caused, arising from, or in any way related to the travel to or from and participation in the Event, except for those caused by the willful misconduct and gross negligence of the above parties, as applicable; That Participants agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Alumni from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees, arising from, or in any way related to the Participant’s travel to or from and participation in the Event.
